Today we had fun with stamps and stamp pads at the table. It was fun to put our fingers in the stamp pads and make fingerprints on our paper. We started reading a new Matt and Molly story this week. It is about a finding a sweater for Molly. First she puts one on that is too big, then too small, and then just right. We worked on sorting objects by size after reading our story. We are having fun sing the "Hokey Pokey" and "Five Fingers" in My Pocket at circle this week.
We were finally able to go outside today! The kids were so excited to be on the playground! We did not stay out too long this morning but it was great to be out there.
We used our imagination to pretend that our shaving cream was snow at the table today! We drove cars and trucks through the snow to make tracks and then used a plow to scoop up the snow. We went on a snowflake hunt after reading our story today and then counted how many snowflakes we found. Enjoy the nice weather this weekend! |
